Seek Him by Phoacce-Cell5 Seek Him by Phoacce-Cell5
It was put upon my heart to make a comic about seeking the Lord with all of your might. It's "metaphorical" in a way. We all have to continue to make God #1 in our life. He needs to be above everything. Because without Him, where would we be? Certainly not here. God deserves some of our time, He's worthy of it.

Created with Adobe Ideas and Gimp.

This is very nicely done! (this is my first critique, so please excuse me if it's not written very well or if it sounds too cold, I promise that I loved this!) While more or less "simplistic" in the light sources, they go very well with the friendly looking robot you have there. The panels are not claustrophobic and have small details that, though may go unnoticed by some, give the uncrowded panels a 'less is more' feel.

Your comic is very original, I must say! Though it doesn't blow me out of the water, it's something that not many Christian artists/storytellers risk, as sci-fi tends to be avoided, so it's pleasantly refreshing and different and it very much interested me! It would be super lovely to see themes like this more often by Christian artists/writers out there!

I'm not too sure what "Technique" means, so I just gave you four stars, if that's okay. >3<

As for the impact of the message overall, it did indeed remind me, and I hope others also, that we all must thoroughly search for God's will in everything we do, no matter how difficult and tedious it may seem. The message was short and simple, and did remind me of searching to please God through all I do, but I think perhaps it could have had... more? I'm not to sure how to explain, but something that will make viewers go, "Ooomph!" because they weren't expecting the message and conviction that would come at the end of your work, something that they would remember tonight, tomorrow, two weeks, two months, two years from now because it just stuck to their brain so much. I just think that, while this convicted me in a way, it was lacking a bit in something that would really, really make me remember this for many times to come. But perhaps maybe that's not what you were intending and I'm just steaming off about my own preferences. ^^

I really did love this overall, so please don't be discouraged by something I may have said! To God be all the glory, and I hope that you continue to grow as an artist! :iconsmilieplz:
